Children will love exploring this extremely hands-on science center full of amazing and unbelievable exhibits. The four interesting topics the museum focuses on are astronomy, sports, weather, and wellness. Not only will the kids learn remarkable, new science facts, but the process will be completely interactive, entertaining, and enjoyable for all! All in one afternoon, kids can become astronauts by launching their very own exhilarating space mission, learn more about the human body by taking an adventurous walk-through tour of a life-size heart, feel like an exceptional star athlete while playing the ultimate sports challenge in the state-of-the-art 5,500 square foot sports stadium, or have a number of any other thrilling experiences offered at this fantastic museum. After lunch, everyone will be treated to the unique and memorable experience of traveling to a foreign destination like Mount Everest or the Great Barrier Reefs through a movie in the huge IMAX Dome theatre. The Adventure Aquarium
The transportation for this day will not be the typical motor coaches. Instead, fitting the theme of the day in true aquatic fashion, everyone will reach the aquarium by taking a lovely ferry ride across the Delaware River that happens to be located conveniently across from the hotel. As soon as we arrive, the kids will be in utter awe of all of the amazing underwater creatures. A majority of the kids will probably see at least a few animals they have never seen before! From the Rainforest Rendezvous to Shark Realm to Caribbean Currents to the West African River Experience, the kids will be immersed in the sights and sounds of these diverse and exotic places. In addition, they will have the opportunity to get extremely close to and even, at times, touch the sea creatures at exhibits like Interactive Inlet. If the kids get a bit tired from walking around, no problem! Everyone can be seated and rest their feet while enjoying a stellar performance from the aquarium’s silly and slippery seal friends on the Seal Shores. With all of the beautiful fish and entertaining exhibits, this is a day the kids won’t soon forget!

The Philadelphia Zoo
The Liberty Bell
The morning will start off with an amusing trip to America’s very first zoo. While strolling around the gorgeous 42-acre property, the children will be able to enjoy an assorted mix of animals, including rare and endangered ones. This zoo houses over 1,300 animals! Depending on the times, we will try and catch some of the animal feedings which would include: giant otters, vampire bats, penguins, giant tortoises, crocodiles, and hippos. After the zoo, we will head four minutes away from the hotel to the famous Independence National Historical Park for a pleasant picnic, where the kids can eat and rejuvenate before our next exciting stop. Philadelphia is a city layered and wrapped in historical significance, and we want the kids to get a taste of the patriotic treasures it has to offer. So while at the park, we will visit the iconic Liberty Bell! A lot of the older kids will have just learned about it in their history classes, and the younger ones will be able to say they were there when they do eventually study it. It will be a memorable experience for everyone! Children will receive souvenir disposable cameras.
